1. Cancellation Policy
Before Installation
- Customers can request cancellation before the solar installation process begins
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at info@saursetu.com
- The request should include:
- Name
- Registered mobile number
- Service details
Once verified, the cancellation request will be processed
After Installation
- No cancellation requests will be accepted after installation has started or completed
- This includes:
- Material delivery
- Site work initiation
- Installation completion
2. Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The cancellation request is made before installation begins
- Payment has been successfully received by Saursetu
Non-Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After the installation process has started or completed
- Delay caused due to customer unavailability or incorrect details
- Change of mind after work initiation
- Government subsidy delays or rejection
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
4. Service-Based Charges
- Any site visit, consultation, or processing fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable
- These charges will be clearly communicated at the time of service

Strict Policy: Cancellation & Refund are only allowed before the installation process begins. Once installation is initiated or completed, no refund or cancellation will be provided under any circumstances.
